THINKING GROUP PRODUCT WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Warranty Terms and Conditions

 

Thinking Group (hereinafter called the "Company") provides repair and warranty services for products represented by the company.

 

The terms and conditions are as follows:

 

1.     Customers must bring related products to the Company's customer service department for warranty and maintenance. The Company does not provide door-to-door warranty or maintenance services. Customers are responsible for any transportation costs incurred.

2.     To ensure warranty products are not parallel to imported and stolen products, customers must present the Company's warranty certificate and the original invoice of the purchased product when requesting warranty service. Photocopies or facsimiles will not be accepted.

3.     The warranty period is indicated on the warranty certificate affixed to the product packaging. The effective date of the warranty is the invoice date issued by the authorized dealer.

4.     The Company is responsible for free maintenance and replacement services within the valid warranty period, but does not cover the following:

 

a)     Parallel imports or products whose warranty period has expired.

b)     Any part of the product that is chipped, rusted, water-stained, corroded, cracked, burned, bumped, damaged, incomplete parts, and other surface damage.

c)     Damage caused by natural disasters, human accidents or negligence, improper voltage input, improper installation or testing, unauthorized repair or modification, direct or indirect damage caused by improper use of equipment, or abnormal operation of the equipment itself.

d)     The original serial number label is removed, altered, or incomplete, "if applicable."

e)     The purchase invoice is missing, altered, or does not have the date of purchase on it.

f)      Transfer of ownership of the product from a non-original purchaser.

g)     Free replacement of product's packaging and consumable parts, including ear gels, ear cotton, batteries, etc., or any loss of software programs or data.

h)     Indirect losses, expenses, and other incidental damages caused by the quality of this product, including but not limited to information loss, loss of expected benefits, etc., are not covered.

 

5.     The Company does not guarantee that this product will be compatible with software, hardware, or products launched on the market in the future.

6.     The Company does not store any products or services on behalf of customers. Customers should count their belongings before leaving the Company. The Company is not responsible for damaged or missing items.

7.     Customers must retrieve the product within three months from the date of collection, as notified by the Company. Otherwise, if the product is damaged or lost, the repair center will not bear any responsibility, and the Company has the right to dispose of the product. Further notice and compensation will not be provided.

8.     Customers must promptly notify the Company of any changes to their contact method and information. The Company is not responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused by the customer's failure to update their contact information with the Company in a timely manner.

9.     This warranty service is only applicable to Hong Kong and Macau and does not apply to overseas warranties.

10.  These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
